Our fully licensed, bonded, and insured company provides residential maintenance, installation, and repair services on all major brands of HVAC equipment. We pride ourselves in the knowledgeable employees we have, the brands of equipment we sell, and the services we provide for our customers. We service all brands of air conditioning and heating equipment including geothermal products. We also sell and service dehumidifiers. Our technicians are on call 24/7 and we offer same-day service to all our customers. Our stockroom, warehouse, and service vans are fully stocked. We also offer preventative maintenance contracts.       We recently had guest at our condo this summer when the air went out. We had used this company in the past. We were shocked at the bill that we received -- over $200 for a service call and 1 hour of labor. We felt taken advantage of because it was hot and the summer. When we inquired, we were told that St. Simons is not Atlanta. The gal was rude and hung up the phone. Because we are honest people, we will pay this bill and learned a valuable lesson to check around on fees. In fact, they charged us about twice what we pay in Atlanta ... so she was right about that.
