The only reason I've lived there a year is because the place is dirt cheap! And believe me there is a reason for it!! When I first moved in Sept 2006 I had plumbing problems that I had to call and complain about for almost 2 weeks before they realized the problem was more than their maintenance could handle and they called an outside plumber. Then for the next several months I kept getting soaking wet carpet in my hallway until finally they replaced mine and my upstairs neighbors air conditioners and then that did still not completely correct it. Then my entire electrical box blew on a Friday evening and they tried to tell me it would be MONDAY before they could fix it!!!!!!!! NO ELECTRICITY FOR 3 DAYS....ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! After I flew off the handle with management they agreed to get an electrician out there on a Saturday and actually tried to make me feel guilty that they had to pay extra for having someone come on the weekend.
