I believe this place to be one of the worst dentist office I think I have every been too I paid these guys over 5000.00 and have had to go back for crowns coming apart and they wanting to recharge me for the job that they had done. They have the puppy mill attitude. Stay away far far away!!!!! had to to click one star

I would not recommend Dr Jones or this particular branch of Coast Dental. They botched my root canal. First by sending me to one of their "recommended" oral surgeons who only did a partial root canal and left a live root, which after a year still hurts to bite down on and did not size the crown correctly which led to me having to repeatedly go back to have adjustments, and after all of these visits the crown still is not seated right altering my bite. For all of this aggravation they went way over the amount they quoted me for the crown by over 150.00 and also charged me for each visit for the adjustments which were quite painful in and of themselves. No dentistry is going to be cheap but you should get what you paid for and for the price quoted. The only saving grace for this dental group is that the technicians and dental asisstants are outstanding. That being said its truly not worth the aggravation. Find another dentist! PS I only gave the star because it wouldnt save otherwise.

I would not recommend this dentist to people who, aren't fully insured. I wasn't insured at all-and the cost of getting one temporary fillin was over $1,000. Plus, I took out a loan to finish all my dental work, and they refused to return the money I'd prepaid to them until I threatened legal action. The atmosphere was pleasant, but behind the scenes I wasn't at all treated fairly.
