Utilizing ultrasound for needle guidance in joint injections/aspirations and hydrodissections of nerve conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome. Specialize in platelet-rich-plasma for the treatment of chronic tendinopathies such as tennis elbow or shoulder impingement. Utilize percutaneous tenotomy (Tenex) for the treatment of chronic tendinopathies such as tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis, patellar tendinopathy, etc..
