Amazing facility, amazing staff!! My dog loves to come here!!!

I am retired and moved to St. George Utah about a year ago. I have two dogs that are my babies. I have used boarding facilities all over California where I am from and I must say nothing and I mean nothing compares to The Animal Tender. The staff is the best I have ever seen, you feel like you are checking into a 5 star hotel. The building is as clean as I have ever seen any place that allows animals. This place should be the model for others to follow.

My Shih-Tzu's Love the Animal Tender. Each time we go there,my girls are outside playing in the wading pool! Something they don't do at home. The staff is always professional and caring and the facility is spotless. I highly recommend The Animal Tender Pet Resort for boarding or day care.

I vacationed in Saint George and needed a place for my Yorkie, Tia, to stay overnight. Had a great experience with Animal Tender. I called ahead to reserve a spot with no deposit needed. The facility is nicely appointed and clean. Take the offered tour. Also, when Tia soiled her blanket they had her bathed, sweet-smelling and ready to go by the time I arrived to pick her up. Friendly, accommodating and professional staff. Tia will be staying there again next time I'm in the area.

I took my new dog to the Animal Tender for the weekend. They were friendly yet professional. I thought it would be a good experience. She had only gotten her rabies shots, so they agreed to give her the missing shots that they require, and charge me for them. When I picked up my dog, they had charged me for the shots, but admitted that they had not given them (they could not provide shot records). They agreed to give my dog the paid for shots on the next during my lunch period. I took my dog in, and then said the vet had already left. They said they had tried to call, but none of the 3 telephone numbers I gave them had any missed calls or messages.They are very nice, but I question either their procedures or their policies. All dogs there were put at risk, including mine, by taking in a dog without shots and not giving them. Then they made excuses. They did refund the price of the shots.
