Have had a maintenance agreement with this company for many years. Always prompt, professional, courteous and clean. Don C. was the technician on May 10, 2015. The service he provided met all the standards I have come to expect from this company. There were a couple of screws missing from the air conditioner outside, and Don C. was kind enough to replace those screws for me so I don't have to worry about it. Great company!

My A/C suddenly stopped working. I was able to schedule an appointment that very morning. The technician Jose was very courteous and was able to make the repair and offer ideas to improve my air efficiency which I accepted. I highly recommend One Hour Heating & A/C in Elk Grove. On time after I received the call that he will be stopping out, cleaned & check furnace, after checking he explained the part needed for my humidifier would be covered under warranty he then placed the order and explained the other services provided if I entered into a warranty contract which we may do. Great service.

This place is absolutely awful. The only thing they DID do was show up when asked. The initial call to the company went fine and had someone go out and visit a rental home that I have. Technician was apparently nice and examined the furnace unit. I was then called to be told of the repairs and estimated cost. They told me my inducer motor was dead and a new one needed. They quoted this as a level 5 repair and they wouldn't have the part until Monday. They quoted me OVER $1,500 for the repair. About 15 minutes of searching on the internet and I found the entire assembly for less than $300. My father-in-law and myself got the part, and installed it in less than an hour. Assuming the "professionals" would be more efficient that's $1,200/hr rate. Steer cleer...this company price gouges like no other!

I have been dealing with One Hour since the early 1970s. Their office personnel and service technicians have always been very competent and professional. Bob B. was the service technician today. He arrived on time, went to work, replaced the blower motor and a few other parts in the furnace, and answered my questions.

Your service provider was excellent. He explained everything that he was doing along with showing us exactly what was being cleaned and sanitized. Any dust or debrie that was left behind on floors was picked up and cleaned by your technician.
