Wanted to spray for pest before a birthday party and contacted Dennis on short notice and he was able to work us in. His rates are affordable and he was very thorough. Cannot say enough good things about this experience and look forward to doing business with again....

Dennis came out to check my house and did an excellent job. Explained all the processes very patiently .He was very professional and I can positively say that help like him are hard to find.

Called on a Saturday - after having called a few other places and getting no answer - and told Dennis I suspected we had bed bugs because I had captured what I believed was a bed bug. He was doing personal chores around his house, but stopped to come take a look. He was here in an hour, spent close to an hour and a half looking for nests (the insect I'd found WAS a bed bug) or any sign of infestation. Although he could have sold me ANY service on that day, he insisted he saw no reason to treat at the time. It would do no good, be costly, and it was just unnecessary until there is some evidence of their nesting. we RECENTLY had company in our home that has been dealing with the pests and, while it seems unlikely, they brought a friend with them. Dennis left us with all the info we would need to know what to look for and he REFUSED to accept any pay for his time & travel. His character and honesty told me all I need to know about the kind of service I can expect in the future.

No more ants in my house. Mr Samples came out and explained what was going on and what he was going to do to take care of the problem. Thank you for your help.

just so you know...........not a single bug has shown there little tentacles since you fed them. They must be really full and happy..........i know i am since they are gone. Thank you, Gina
