David Grimmet founded David s Patio in 1962 as a one-man concrete business in Springtown, Texas. The first four concrete molds he poured were four birdbaths the Seahorse, Medium Tulip, Fern Leaf and Hickory Nut which remain the company s most popular birdbaths. Incorporated in 1979, David s is now a wholesale manufacturer of concrete statuary in oriental, religious, animal and figurine themes; planters and urns; tables and benches; fountains; birdbaths; pedestals; and blocks and paving stones. David s Patio employs more than 60 people at its headquarters in Springtown, Texas. The company sells its products to retailers throughout Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas.
