We have used both Clifs Goodyear locations for the past 15 years and trust them implicitly. They have kept all our vehicles running smoothly, have always been straightforward and honest about repairs and prices, have gone out of their way to help keep us traveling across country several times--even finding service centers when called from out of state, and have now made sure that the next generation of drivers are safe. They diagnosed and swiftly took care of an issue with a used vehicle we bought; one that the dealership said was a non-issue. Thanks, Chris and Eric and crews!

We have used this center for 3 years.....we recently had a problem with our car...took it to "our trusted" center...they gave me a quote of 589...the part they said was 200..I then looked on the internet and found the part for 25.00 dollars...we took it to another mechanic...first of all the part was not nearly as much..they had misdiagnosed the problem...total cost at other repair shop...302 dollars...if you use them please get a second opinion....I am totally disgusted because we trusted them. Now I have to wonder at the other repairs (which were high)...if you go here you need to get a second opinion...I feel they have betrayed a honest customer....

I was having a roaring sound coming from the front of my 04 dodge stratus. Dropped it off at cliffs and got a quote on a front end alignment and a hub bearing replacement. Dropped if off again after two days waiting for parts and was told it would be ready in an hour. Got a call that afternoon about 5:00 and was told it was ready. Picked it up and had the same roaring sound as when i left it. Called them and they said to bring it back in the morning. Dropped it off again and was told they would call when ready. Called them at 6:00 and was told they could not find a problem. Would not refund or attempt to fix the problem. Have had two tires repaired in the past and the next day both were still leaking. Should have known better after that! So 357 dollars later i still have the same problem. Thanks Cliff!!
