This company twice provided letters of commitment to provide a loan and both times they insisted that - oh yeah, we will get everything done on time and close the loan on time. The first time, they provided notice at 7:00 pm the day before closing was supposed to occur that the loan was denied because they were not able to broker the loan. They then convinced our buyers that they could find someone to sell it to and close in two weeks only to fail again because they were not able to process the paperwork quickly enough.
