Medstats Home Health Agency functions as a Licensed Home Health and Community Support agency providing multi-disciplinary, short and long term care on an intermittent and part-time basis to Clients of all ages, to include children and geriatric Clients. Services that are provided directly to our clients include: 1. Nursing Service: evaluation, direct service, client teaching, and/or consultation service 2. Physical Therapy: evaluation, direct service, exercise instruction, and/or consultation service 3. Speech Therapy: evaluation, direct service, language instruction, and/or consultation service 4. Occupational Therapy: evaluation, direct service, client teaching, exercise instruction, and/or consultation service 5. Medical social Worker: evaluation, direct service, client teaching, Obtain maximum assistance through community resources and support 6. Home Health Aide Service: providing services that are related to personal care of patients and specific services under supervision of a registered nurse; also, providing services that are related to extension of therapy to patients under the supervision of a Registered Therapist 7. Personal Care Services: Staff to perform (ADLs) are basic self-care tasks, akin to the kinds of skills that people usually learn in early childhood. They include the following but not limited to: Feeding Toileting Selecting proper attire Grooming Maintaining continence Putting on clothes Bathing Walking and transferring (such as moving from bed to wheelchair) and more.... Care is delivered in the Client’s home under the physicians order- frequently, daily and on an on-call as needed basis after hours, on holidays and weekends.
