Best Taekwondo in the area! They offer many camps for days i have work but my children don't have school. The Before/After School Program is AWESOME! Ms. Jennifer is very flexible on pick-up time. The usual pickup time ends at 6:30pm but coming from DC there is ALWAYS traffic, as long as i call in and let her or any other instructor know i am running late, Ms. Jennifer will stay or have them stay with Master Han in his office, NO EXTRA CHARGE! unlike other daycares i've had my children in. Also the TKD classes has done wonders for my children. It definitly boosted my children's confidence with sharing-story time on fridays, where students go up and speak about what they did at school,etc-etc infront of the class, and my children respect everyone, even their things like putting their clothes away or cleaning up after themselves. if i could i will definitly give them more than 5 stars.

I'm an instructor and give 100% forward to teach all the art of Tae Kwon Do, try it out and see what you think not what others make you think.

My children have been going to US TaeKwonDo College in Springfield for about 5 months and we have been very happy with it. It is not a huge or fancy place but they have very good instructors and reasonable fees. They emphasize doing well in school and good behavior, and it is good exercise too. In response to the other reviewer, you do have to sign a contract, but why would you give out your bank account info and sign something without reading it? And why sign up for this type of program if you can't afford it? We signed up for a 3 month trial and then a year-long contract after that. I paid just under $2000 for two children to go to unlimited classes (classes offered 6X week) for one year, with extra fees for uniforms and belt testing ($55 each every 6-8 weeks if they are ready to test for a new belt). It is a commitment but my kids are learning a lot and having fun and we are happy with this school.

For the sake of everything that is precious to you - DO NOT ENROLL YOUR CHILD IN THIS CENTER. The owner Master Han is probably the biggest fraud that I have seen in my entire life. He forced my mom to take the uniforms for my two little brothers and sign them up. In the beginning he sounded like the most sweetest guy you'll ever meet! he was generous, kind, understanding - I could have never guessed that this sweet looking man could do so much damage to our family. He sweet talked my mother into signing a contract for a year. My mother doesn't speak english very well...so when she asked :"what's in this contract?" he stood over her and sweetly said 'oh this is just a contract so your sons can start right away.. if you could please sign it here quickly because I have a class to teach soon. When my mom asked; 'can I end these classes any time? incase my sons don't like it? he sweetly said, ofcourse! ofcourse you can...now if you could hurry up a little please...' my mom signed the contract..after that, he became the rudest person you're ever going to come across. My brothers attended his classes for about a week and then my mother couldn't afford it anymore so she decided to take my brothers out. The "master" told my mother that she signed the contract for a year and that she can't take the kids out. My brother practically begged him and told him that we can't afford it...but he refused and instead od acting sympathetis..he acted like a total jerk. My stopped taking my brothers but the master continued taking the monthly fee out of my mother's account. When I read the contract..in tiny writing..it said that if you moved and the center was within 20 miles..the monthly fees would still be deducted from your account. This terrible torture continued for many months..my brothers didn't attend his center but the money that we saved for emergencies kept getting deducted for many months. by the end of this nightmare.. we had paid this company around 800 dollars. My mother would cry everyday. we couldn't even afford a lawyer and he kept saying that if we shut down our bank account ..our credit history would be ruined. tbis man was a monster. we had a terrible time with his company. please don't make the same mistakes that we made.
