Robertson County Court Clerk, also known as Robertson Chancery Court Clerk, issues and records marriage licenses, boat registration, notary applications, passports, business licenses, and car tags. Oaths are administered and affidavits are taken at the office. Situated in the Robertson County Office Building in Springfield, Tennessee, the office collects wholesale beer tax, local motel / hotel taxes, local wheel taxes, vehicle registration, and business license fees. The official records for the legislative body are maintained at the County Clerk. All resolutions submitted to the legislative body are recorded in this office.
