I have been in and out of her office for about 3 weeks now getting dental work done. I can definetly say that the reviews I read were true. The staff is so friendly and knows you by name, and Dr. Mao is the sweetest lady. She has helped me start to get my teeth back to the way they were before I lost dental insurance. And I will be eternally grateful for that. I dont wish the pain I was feeling in my mouth on anyone.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Mao for a few years now and what a world of difference from othere dentist. She and the staff are very friendly, caring and knowledgeable. And there is no one that can do a root canal like her. She is fast, precise and pain free.

We started going to Dr. Mao when she first opened in Springfield. The entire staff was welcoming and very friendly. They still know us by name and Dr. Mao took the time to do extra that she didn't really need to do. She's the best!!

I started going to Dr. Mao when she was in a shared practice in Donelson Tennessee. She was always so nice and polite and truly cared about my concerns. Since she has moved to Springfield I drive the extra miles because she is the greatest in my opinion! She truly cares about her patients.
