Unfortunately I had to give a star otherwise I wouldn't have even given that. We have lived at the legacy Village Apartments for almost 5 years and when that whopping 14 month lease is FINALLY up we are leaving with bells and whistles sounding. They are the worst place to live! The only review was when Kim and Rita were here that's been 8 managers and 7 maintenance men ago! We have no ammenties as suggested by the ad. The pool is closed as often as it's open in the summer. There is no playground for children as suggested it's literally a slide. You can hear your neighbors snoring, going to the bathroom and other bedroom noises. You can hear the neighbors talking on the phone and television that they are watching. It's ridiculous! Management is a joke and maintenance is incompetent. If you want to move out be ready to pay a heavy fee. You (not them) pay for new carpet, cleaning, and any painting. Not to mention the things that you can expect your deposit $1000 to cover.

I have lived at Legacy Village for nearly two years now and I love it. Kim and Rita in the office are two of the sweetest people you will ever meet and all of the neighbors are friendly. The apartments kept in great condition. The community is very quite and nice. I would recommend Legacy Villlage to anyone.
