My computer froze and would not turn on so I took it to the good people at Computer & Network Paramedics on Baltimore Pike in Springfield. I am by no means computer savvy and always feel like I am being spoken to in Greek but not here. They laid it out the process and possible problem without the TechSpeak. They told me if they couldn't fix the problem it would be no charge and they would let me know the cost once they diagnose the problem. My hard drive had crashed but they managed to recover all my data and set it up on a new hard drive right back in my old computer! works great now and i couldn't be happier! I will go back again and again

Network Paramedics was able get all my information off my old computer and put it on my new computer!!!! Very nice people. they made me feel comfortable. Excellent excellent service. They took care of my computer. Promised me a price and time of repair. When I pick up the computer is was clean and shiny and ran better than the day I bought. they have a very nice showroom.

Computer & network Paramedics has hit the mark. They are great. The employees spent a lot of with me. They answered all my questions and fixed my computer very fast for a great price. They have a really nice store too. Bueatyful. I wish I found them sooner
