      Oregon Urology Institute, established in 2004, provides urological care to the Springfield area, including the cities of Bend, Eugene, Florence, Rosenburg and Salem. The Oregon Urology Institute is based in Springfield, with additional offices in Florence (coastal office) and Rosenburg. Urological conditions and issues treated at Oregon Urology include but are not limited to: -Prostate cancer via the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center -Vasectomy procedures, both scalpel and non-scalpel -Female incontinence Springfield's Oregon Urology Institute offers comprehensive care through diagnostic testing using advanced technology. Patients visiting Oregon Urology Institute can take advantage of the medical center's state-of-the-art technology that includes: -Diagnostic X-rays -CT scans with a multislice scanner -EKG testing -Loopogram exams -Minimally invasive surgical procedures using the da Vinci¿¿ Surgical System, a robotic surgical system -Non-sedation surgical procedures -Radiation center Oregon Urology Institute also provides support groups for both prostate and bladder cancer patients and their families. Our Community Outreach Department, established in 2007, works to provide public awareness regarding urological conditions while promoting physical wellness for all area residents. Through our various events and programs, Oregon Urology Institute, in conjunction with the Oregon Urology Foundation, works to establish a healthy community in Springfield and the surrounding areas.
