ThIs place has absolutely the worst customer service that I've seen. My 22 month old daughter needed a nebulizer and I called the office to find out if I could pick it up and I was told very rudely that it was ready for pick up. My daughters dad went in and stood there at the desk where a few people were staring at their computer ignoring him. After he asked for somebody to help him he was given a very short demonstration on how to use it. So him and I had bad experiences both on the phone and in person when our daughter was sick. I can't imagine how many other people had bad experiences when they needed somebody to just show a minimum amount of compassion. If I get bad service again best believe I will write another review and talk with the manager.
Worst customer service ever and very unprofessional. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything on my mothers order for a walker (one she is required to have on the day of surgery) I call and they just started working on it (after I brought it to their attention). Needless to say my mother will not have the walker she is required to bring to scheduled surgery on Monday. Laurie from Norco Medical dropped the ball and instead of owning her mistake she is trying to pass it on to someone else. Laurie's answer was for my elderly mother on a fixed income, go in and pay out of pocket for the walker and then get reimbursed from her medical. Really who has that kind of money, the key word here is fixed income. No impressed at all Norco.

I would agree with the previous rating, although my situation isn't so dire. I use a CPAP, and my experience with Norco has been that if they chance to hire a good representative, she leaves, whereas Chris, who doesn't seem to give a rip has been there for years and years.

This company contracted with a hospice entity to provide various medical equipment and one being an oxygen concentrator. My loved one was terminal but the machine shut off and DID NOT sound an alarm....my loved struggled for air and it was too late. When it was picked up the employee was told that it had shut off on its own and never sounded the alarm. The employee then did something with the switch and it made two very faint sounds and stopped....it wasn't even plugged in! The employee then stated that they had been having some issues with that model. When we finally got a call back, the manager stated that someone turned it off and the manager was told NO ONE TURNED IT OFF, that the machine malfunctioned...the manager said that "IF" that happened. THERE'S NO "IF" IT HAPPENED AND OUR LOVED ONE WASN'T PEACEFUL!!!!! If there's a problem with that concentrator they should not be using it. Nobody told us it had to be away from the wall and off floor.VERY HOT COULD BURN HOUSE DOWN
