Ten neighboring houses designed to look, smell, and feel like home while providing for the special needs of people with memory loss. * Onsite Health Center<http://www.elderhealthandliving.com/health-center.html> staffed with a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive assessments and ongoing medical management of people with memory loss -- on our campus or in the community. * Community Outreach<http://www.elderhealthandliving.com/community-outreach.html> that includes support groups, educational workshops, lectures for individuals and families coping with memory loss, and in-home or onsite geriatric consultations by our Geriatric Nurse Practitioner.
