      Made promises to do an appraisal, told me it would be done next week. Then when I called him he said well it would be done "next week." When I called the next week, he said sorry it would be the end of the month. Now it has been over 5 weeks and for the last 2 he wouldn't take my calls, emails, and i even tried to visit his "office." Appraisal was never done.
