This place is horrible and basically falling apart around my roomate and i. Every call to the office is a power struggle (when they even pick up) and i end up having to get pushy to get anything done. We've gone through multiple property managers, the current one i'm surprised has stuck around this long. They lost my paperwork twice and basically tried to insinuate i was a squatter and we have had multiple and often consistent issues with pests, mildew and our ac/heating. I once had my door handle fall apart in my hand locking me inside my apartment and i wish to god i was joking about that. This place is a garbage heap, so do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to rent.

I have lived here for about 3 years and I love it. The faculty is great, nice and is working on making things better. I would rerent here anytime.
