Their guy showed up unannounced. Didn't let anyone know when he got here and proceeded to do a job. After being here appox. 15-20 minutes came in to tell us me didn't have everything he needed & would have to come back again. He came unprepared and had to borrow equipment and supplies from my shop also. They over charged us by at least an hour. We spoke with them about it & was told they'd look into it. Next thing I know I get a "Second Notice" bill with finance charges. All I want is a fair bill and to not be taken advantage of.
