      We were very disappointed in PFI. After seeing them on Larry's Country Diner I was under the impression they liked seeing LCD fans. I took a friend from South Dakota to visit the store on Tues, Oct. 25, 2016.There were less than 1/2 dozen customers. Randy was in the store but too busy to visit with us. I caught Colin coming back from lunch and he reluctantly gave me a free bottle of bar-q-que sauce after I had made a $150 purchase. The friend from South Dakota was NOT offered a bottle with her purchase. The ladies on the cash register said they knew nothing about a free bottle with purchase. I did find a pair of boots that fit me but I will buy my boots in the future from Justin in Joplin or Jones Boots in Sheldon, Mo. Both of those stores offer better buys and appreciate your business.

      Great products, someone to help you in every area & great customer service. Prices are great also...I've bought Stetson hats, Ostrich & other boots, shirts and accessories. When my boots didn't work right, they refunded me & I found the ones that did.
