If I could no stars, we had a dishwasher leak that went under are cabinet and on the carpet. We told them of the issue and they said it would get fixed. 2 weeks later no carpet guy and the carpet was molding and putting off a fowl stinch.we have been here 3 years and pay are rent, now after all the work they had to do ticked them off and we are getting lease violations that dont even make sence. Plus I was sick with the flu home by myself in bed and they just walked right on into my house, I feel like you have no freedom when you live here and they have a hold on us cause we cant find a cheaper place to live. Sure its alot of house for the money but dealing with the company is bad. Theres like 12 houses where I live and in 3 years I have seen them all turn over twice. Please this is a warning to all you will be miserable if you move into one of these houses just think if you was home alone and in the shower and did not hear them knock they just come in anyways. Im sorry if my review affends everyone else that gave them high ratings but I do believe you are lying to yourself and us.

i have nothing but praise for the managers i have dealt with. The job can not be easy for them.The manager at Ozark Trails has has gone beyond the job to be helpful. And lets not forget the maintance person. With all this snow he was here all day, every day in negative temps to assure our safety. kudos to both of them!!!!

In response to the first review... not true. The apartments I and my friends live in are income based so the rent is a set amount and never fluctuates. There's only one deposit and they usually have move-in specials. When I moved in I only paid my pet deposit. The buildings are GREAT and renovated and they have free internet. These are the best apartments I have lived in. And they have ALWAYS promptly taken care of any maintenance problems I've had. Their maintenance guy is actually fantastic.

stay away from this company! they will rip you off bad! they don't return any deposits, will ask for deposits two or three times, and won't take care of problems on the property that needs fixed! They will raise your rent with no warning and treat you like your trash because you are on fixed income!!! Stay away at all cost!
