I am very happy with this facility. Let me start by saying that I drop off at different times each week, therefore I completely disagree with this idea of things being presented a certain way just when parents arrive. Nope! Whatever time I come the kiddos are doing something and have a schedule. My older daughter goes there after school as well and is extremely particular about her older sister. Believe me--she would be reporting if there were any concerns. She does not have any. My 3 year old is very happy to attend there. She is only there part time but has no sadness about going and is happy to go to school and see her friends. I've heard the providers tell her "I love you" which is lovely to me because in just a few short years she will be in public school where all emotion is removed. Right now, I want my baby to feel loved when she is without me and I feel that she does. That is the most important thing to me! I am a mama bear for sure. I am very particular about who my children go to. Rhonda's daughter is in my class which is how I even knew about the center. Her daughter is polite and sweet. I had observed Rhonda's interaction with her daughter on school trips and so forth. They were in the same class for two years. I respected her parenting--which is how I even knew about the center! I get more info from this preschool than others my older daughter had went to. I LOVE that there is a daily app on my phone that lets me know what she had to eat, what the craft was, what they learned, how long she napped, and if she used the toilet while potty training. PERFECT for this mama who likes to know! They also post pics and info on a private facebook page for parents. In the past when time to pick up my child--there stuff would be all over and it would take 15 minutes to find it. Now here! Its all ready to go. I find it very organized. I love the cute little crafts that they do. My older daughter has ADHD and can have some difficulties. She goes there after school and around the time her medication will have worn off. She hasnt had any reports of difficulties. Obviously they handle her just fine! I am very particular and do not have any complaints. I'm really happy there! I'm a therapist and very well aware of child development. I feel like there is a very appropriate amount of play, social development, and scholastic learning for preschoolers. As someone else who is a business owner-I know that sadly sometimes people only leave reviews when they are displeased or something doesnt go there way. I once had the experience where a client didn't like something that was brought up in session and went to 15 different sites leaving made up accusations. I was actually able to get many of them removed but while waiting my heart was broken and I was so sad. There are always so so so many more positive experiences but we live in a complaint filled society. Please keep that in mind! Anyway, I wanted to leave a review as a pleased parent.

First, staff to child ratios are frequently broken with children of all ages intermingled - often times when this happens there is only one teacher present for upwards of 8 to 10 children ranging in ages from infant to preschool. Second, the director is extremely disorganized. My child's daily sheet was often blank so I had no idea when she ate or slept. Third, it felt like I was supplying diapers and wipes for ALL kids and not just my own. I was told my child needed more wipes so I brought in two packages. Not a week later, I was asked to bring more in as mine were all gone - and my daughter was only going 3 days a week. Last and worst, my 4-month old daughter was bit on the nose (breaking skin and causing bleeding) because she was not properly separated from older, mobile children. The director admitted it was a "known biter." Only after this happened was she separated into a safe place away from the mobile children. If you are looking for a reputable daycare, this is not it.
