I have had good experiences with Lili"s pedicures. I have toenails that become ingrown easily, and the man who always does my pedicures is excellent at cutting them to avoid problems. Someone else said they didn't think they spent enough time massaging, etc., but that is actually what I like about it. I don't usually have the time to want to spend a lot of time getting my toes done. I like the quicker service, and my toes always look great.
I have noticed when it comes to pedi's and mani's, they are just like any other "chop shop" and it's get the customer in, and get them out. However, they have a secret weapon when is comes to nail art. The younger man who works in this shop, owned by his mom and dad, has amazing talent when it comes to nail art design. He not only paints free-handed, but they images are unbelievable. He also has a clever hand when using the colored acrylic and makes many fun and amazing designs with it for your nails. I have no complaints when it comes to my acrylic nails, they have never popped off, hardly lift any, and I will be the first to tell you that I am extremely rough with my nails. I will always get my acrylic here, but I would not recommend for mani/pedi, they seem to short change you on the massage and it is totally a waste of money for them. In short: Nails and nail art: YES Mani/Pedi: NO

I would not recommend going here for a pedicaure. My sister and I went for pedicures on my birthday. It was her first time ever getting a pedicure. They knew this. The regular pedicure is $20 and a deluxe is $30. We got the regular...they barely paid much attention to massaging and rubbing the feet. When i left i still had rough spots on the bottom of feet and heels. I asked him to scrub some more and he did responding "see, smooth" I was very dissapointed. I've gotten "regular spa pedi's" other places and it seems like here you have to buy their "deluxe spa pedi" to get "regular" service like you would anywhere else. They put lotion on the legs, massaged a little, got a hot towel and wiped it off...no massaging the lotion in, putting the hot towel around the feet, etc. My sister was not impressed and may never pay to get another pedicure again! I however love them and will continue to get them a few times a year, just NEVEr from Li Li's Nails.
