Terrible service. I thought by going with a family run company it would be good...I'd rather pay a few extra bucks and go with someone who is at least professional.No one seems to know what the other ois doing. Poor communication.I can't recommend this company to ANYONE!!

I HAVE HAD SERVICE WITH KARMANN FOR ABOUT A YEAR. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. IF YOU PAY YOUR BILL ON TIME AND YOUR TRASH IS OUT THE DAY OF PICK UP YOU WILL NOT HAVE A PROBLEM. THE DRIVER THAT I HAVE IS VERY NICE. HE ALWAYS GOES OUT OF HIS WAY TO PICK UP ANY EXTRA TRASH THAT I MAY HAVE. . THE GIRLS IN THE OFFICE ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY WHEN I CALL IN TO PAY MY BILL.

We have been very pleased since switching to Karmanns Refuse Service. There have been no hidden fees and they are great to take our trash every week as long as we have the trash out at the appointed time. Even with the ice storm recently they did their best to get to everyone. IF I don't want to be out driving on bad roads I don't expect someone else to risk their life just to pick up my trash. They took ALL of my trash for both weeks the next time they stopped. I wish we would have known about them sooner.

I have had an excellent experience with Karmann's. I paid my bill late yes they didn't pick up but I didn't expect them too. My fault the bill was late, once I did pay the bill they did pick up all my trash with extra too. They are way more reliable than WCA or Allied (now Republic Waste)! Their staff always is nice and does go beyond the call of duty.

Worst trash service in Springfield. Rude to customers. Pick up sporadic. And don't be late paying.
