Extrememly Poor Service. Had minor issues with prices/clearance tags..Bought bed anyways. Picked the bed up ($150 delivery charge) got it home and it was defective. Store was pretty reasonable about damages and said they would reorder/deliver new bed, free of charge (it was not offered, had to demand it). The ordered the replacement pieces (siderails and footboard)and heard nothing from them for 2 weeks. I finally called them to get a status and the sales rep on the phone said the bed had actually been there for a week..and no one called me!! I told him my dissatifcation becuse of the delay and the fact that my daugher was with out a bed of any kind and sleeping on the floor. He offered no appology and said it was my sales reps fault for not calling. Then proceeded to say it would take another 5 days before it could be delivered to my home. Won't by anything else from the store...ever!!! And at this point I'm seriously concidering returning the bed altogether.
