Vocal Life Singing Studios offers voice lessons to singers of all ages and abilities with a master teacher, Carolyn Smith, who has over 20 years experience. She is very knowledgable, patient, and supportive and enjoys working with students on music of their choice, from opera and art song to musical theater and commercial musical styles. As a member of National Association of Teachers of Singing she helps students prepare for competitions. Mrs. Smith also helps her students prepare for auditions and recitals.

Vocal Life Singing Studio offers a free introductory lesson to students. Performance opportunities include studio recitals. Carolyn chooses vocal exercises specific to the student's needs, and collaborates with the student on their choice of songs.

Mrs. Smith has a K-12 Vocal Music Education Missouri Teaching Certificate, a Bachelor of Music (Vocal Music Education) and a M.S. in Music and Drama from University of North Texas. She is a member of National Association of Teachers of Singing, Music Educators National Conference, and Missouri Music Educators Association. Mrs. Smith is an adjunct vocal instructor at Drury University and Missour State University.
