I called for an appt for my dog....and told the person that said she was a groomer that I wanted my dog to have the "works"...bath, nails, trim, teeth, etc. I agreed to pay the $45. I took my dog for the appt and when I picked her up....all that was done was a bath and nails.....she was still shaggy, teeth not done. The groomer said "you didn't tell me that you wanted all that done." I told her that is what I had ordered over the phone...she was curt...did not appologize...she did run the clippers over the dog for about 30 seconds....after I was shocked she didn't look any different. I will not be going back...true I only paid $20, but I didn't get the services that I requested.
