I have been shopping at Sun Fest Market near Holiday Island, AR since it opened over 10 years ago. It is convenient for me and over the years of spending my money there I have to admit I have enjoyed the convenience of it's location. I have a standing order from the meat department once a week which routinely does not come in on the truck and is not available for me, the customer service from the warehouse end is ruining the relationship we have. As a customer I have other options on were to spend my money on groceries, all it takes is someone at your end paying attention to the customers needs. Thanks for any help that you can give me. For the past 3 wks I have tried to purchase Jumbo Cresent Rolls and Dolly Madison Shortcake Dessert Cups.........I have spoken with the dept supervisors who orders those items and they have informed me they have been ordering the items, however the company has not sent the items, nor have they notified the supervisors when the items may be shipped/stocked....I have shopped at G-W Grocery in Girard KS for the past 10 yrs and have been well satified with their service, this however is NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, which is NOT G-W's fault..........Request someone at AWG look into this matter and let me know when this matter can be resolved/rectified...
