  Kitchen remodeling falls into three categories: The first is re-design of space and complete replacement of cabinets, counters, appliances, paint, flooring, fixtures, and more. It may also involve moving walls or even expanding the kitchen into newly constructed space or another room. We consult and help the homeowner by providing options thereby making the decision process easier. The second is a partial kitchen remodel. This could involve either budget line new cabinets, replacing counters and sinks, repainting, possible replacement of appliances and perhaps new flooring. Partial remodeling is a good alternative for homeowners with a limited budget or who plan to stay in their present home for a short time. The third is a limited kitchen remodel. This would include re-facing existing cabinet frames, new doors, counter replacement, tile backsplash, electrical & lighting upgrades, paint, possible sink and flooring replacement. This approach is where the cabinets are good, but the kitchen needs some updating.

  Three years ago, we worked on a rough plan to expand and complete our 35 year-old home in Rogersville. You worked with us and gave us new ideas, George, which helped finalize the concept this year. Over the past six months, we are amazed at what is now our completed dream home: two new remodeled bathrooms, a new oversized kitchen, new doors and windows, new roof, new cedar siding, new paint, a two-story 1,000+ square foot addition, and the most amazing deck with a view!   When you promised us our covered porch would be finished before Christmas 2008, George, we had our doubts. It was already late November and the weather was not cooperating. After seeing some of your jobs, we knew we wanted your company to build our outdoor porch are for our new hot tub. December came and so did your “army” of quality and professional craftsmen. In just one week the structure was finished, the next week roofing, electrical and a deck were complete, and the final week came soffit, fascia, siding, guttering, and yes - our hot tub on December 23. Terrific job: on time, as promised and on budget. We look forward to our bathroom remodel in January 2009. Thanks again, George

  We design and build custom sunrooms, not pre-fab structures. This gives the homeowner better value with a custom addition that ties into the design of the original house, rather than appearing as just an add-on.
