I haven't been to the store in a while but I noticed when I walked in it is so much cleaner than it used to be while I was there I had picked up a package I had ordered online and thought it had gotten stolen out of my basket while I was shopping apparently I had put it on a shelf while I was looking at something else. It was solar glasses I had no time to order new ones I was upset the store's staff went over the footage from the cameras following my course in the store they were very helpful and lo and behold they found them and called me before I even got back to my house. I want to say thank you to all of them they know who they are they were very kind and considerate and helpful and made my 16 year old son very happy as he was able to see the solar eclipse. Thank you everyone it's people that make the store not the building I should have known that

this store is horrible,dirty and the workers talk and hang out

Today, While walking down the toothpaste aisle, there were three associated taking inventory that were rude. I also had to physically remove a stepping aide, in the middle of the isle as they watched me approach, talking among themselves. I had to ask one associated to move so I could shop. Very rude. I will stick with the Westfield store.

The last few months this store has changed so much. What ever you are doing keep it up. Is clean and organize and you could actually find what you are looking for on the shelves.
