Valley Medical Associates medical staff are friendly providers, each of whom is fully qualified to meet the primary care needs of your family. Our physicians each completed their residency training at Baystate Medical Center and are Board Certified in both internal medicine and pediatrics. Our office is staffed with highly qualified nurses and medical assistants who can assist you with telephone advice, making appointments, and making you feel comfortable during your visit. The staff also includes highly qualified Physician Assistants. As such, they are fully qualified to evaluate medical problems, order tests and write prescriptions. When medical problems fall outside the bounds of their expertise, they consult with the physicians about evaluation and management.
