My sister and I love this place, we go all the time! and people if you want good service demand it! you are paying for it! SPEAK UP! don't let things go on with out speaking! and if you are bringing your kid, make sure to ask to seat next them and again be clear on what you want done to their nails! french manicure no deigns! don't believe everything you read, they do have good customer service and whatever you ask for they will do and take care of! even changing the channel on the TV! lol!

I absolutely despised my visit to the Tranquility Spa in Springfield Ma. The employees were unprofessional and were eager to finish their job instead of treating the customer with appreciation. I went in for a massage and it was given to me by an amateur who had numerous interruptions, The phone rang he left the room and he was not at all engaged in what he was doing. Nevertheless, I was far from relaxed. When the massage hour was over i returned to get a pedicure and no one seemed like they were willing to help me, I was looking around dumbfounded waiting for service, when I was finally assisted, my pedicurist rushed the job and i did not receive the full spa pedicure that I paid for. This was the worst spa experience I've ever had and the employees need to start greeting customers with warmth and respect instead of treating them like ATM machines

I took my mother and 7-year old daughter here for spa manis before my wedding b/c I had a gift certificate to use. First, without asking me, they added trashy designs to my daughter's french mani (not pretty for a wedding). She was not able to communicate with the manicurist, so she just let him do the designs (plus she is shy). We had appointments, but were seated miles from each other so I could not see what they were doing. My mother did not even get her cuticles pushed back - they painted right over them (seriously). Then when her nail got smudged, her manicurist swore. The TV was playing the MOST inappropriate show, which my 7-year old was facing directly at. It was a latino game show in which very trashy men and women were grinding on a dance floor while eating Twizzlers between them - and there was a LOT of tongue action. What kind of spa atmosphere is that? I pay the same price at a beautiful, relaxing spa in E. Longmeadow. No reason to EVER go to "Tranquility" (ha) again.
