Our Lady of Hope School was founded as a parish school in 1923, staffed by the Sisters of St. Joseph. The school serves students in kindergarten through grade eight. Its academic curriculum includes language arts, religion, mathematics, social studies, science and fine arts. Our Lady of Hope School has a staff of instructional specialists in music, art, Spanish, and physical and gifted education. The school offers a half-day kindergarten program for elementary-grade students. Our Lady of Hope School has a library and media center that offers various books, newspapers, magazines and encyclopedias. It supplies crayons, watercolors, notebooks, scissors, glue sticks and boxes for elementary-grade students. The school also conducts classes in Bible studies and stories. Our Lady of Hope School is located in Springfield, Mass.
