Based in Springfield Mass., Partners for Community has been operational for more than 25 years. A nonprofit organization, it is one of the leading human service agencies in the United States. Its affiliates include Brightwood Development Corporation, Career Point, Corporation for Justice Management, New England Farm Workers' Council and Corporation for Public Management. Partners for Community offers a wide variety of services, such as outreach and community-based programs, criminal justice services, noninstitutional and alternative incarceration solutions for adults, correction services and rehabilitation for at-risk youth, and treatment for individuals suffering from mental illnesses. The agency also offers job placements, US citizenship and adult literacy services for low-income populations, family assistance programs, voucher day care, and housing solutions.
