We have been Voted the Best Social and Ballroom dancing in this location for 41 years . We are a Family Owned Studio happily teaching local residence with courtesy, honor, respect, expertise and pride in the community. One Groupo We teach all levels of dance, i.e. social, wedding, Holiday party, ballroom, competition. Tango, waltz, salsa, swing, fox trot, slow dance, hustle, quickstep, lindy-hop, merengue, rumba, cha cha, etc. We have 2 teachers and are family owned. If you're looking for a Great Place to learn how to Look Great on a Dance Floor, This is the Best place in the Springfield area to Learn how to Feel Comfortable Dancing anywhere. I NO Longer have TWO Left Feet. Thank You Very Much, ABDC.... Frank

This studio is probably the best place in Western Mass to learn how to actually dance, not just look like it. The way they teach things makes it seem easy, too. Also, people there are classy and respectable, and pleasant to be around.

This is an excellent studio if you want to learn to dance. My husband hated to dance, but he now loves to get on a dance floor. The instructors are excellent and patient. From beginners to advanced dancers, each student is challenged and learns excellent ballroom dance techniques in a professional, comfortable setting. Group classes are fun and provide a chance to dance with different people. There is a nice blend of individualized instruction and opportunities to practice what is learned in a more social environment. I highly recommend this studio. Mary

Purchased dance lessons as an anniversary gift for my wife. Dancing is something we can do together. The atmosphere at ABDC is welcoming, full of polite company and good clean fun. The instruction for our program is personalized and aimed at social dance skills-something we can take to a club or a wedding. Our instructor brings the best out of our dancing at all stages of our progress. The large dance floor at ABDC is well kept and offers the perfect amount of resistance to keep us vertical yet moving. The Friday night practice sessions offer a great opportunity to try out new steps in a real dance party. There is no reason to be shy as you will see dancers at all levels, and what a joy to watch the experienced dancers. If you give ballroom dancing a try you may be pleasantly surprised. Phil & Mary
