Terrible customer service. Froze my account, but the full monthly charge was taken out anyway which caused my bank account to be overdrawn. Owner took no responsibility for bank charges, but said she would credit the account. It has been almost a week and the account has not been credited. $38 a month is ridiculous there are much better deals elsewhere.
