My wife was a member at Anthony's One on One Fitness. She fulfilled her one-year contract obligation but, when she wrote One on One Fitness a letter asking him to cancel her membership and monthly debits from our checking account, her letter was ignored. One on One Fitness continued to take the money out of our account. The next step is to call the bank and have the automatic payment cancelled through them. Don't sign a contract with One on One Fitness, and don't let them have access to your checking account!
