Love Ann she is the best!!! I have had my dog cut at other places and he is always so shaken when done. I went here and he pretty much sleeps all day (after getting cut). I pick him up, he smells great, looks even better & he's calm (other than happy to see me-normal). Plus she doesn't rush you out the door. She talks to you, explain things, and is super friendly, nice & personable. I've even bought a dog from her previously (years ago) that was a great experience as well. Unfortunately moving out of state I had to sell him.

They do what I ask for and I like that.

I really have nothing nice to say about this place.

Ann does a wonderful job grooming my dog. He always smells good after being there. Ann is a certified groomer and has the knowledge to keep the different breeds coats looking beautiful. Her grooming area is in plain view of the entryway and everyone is always wagging their tails when I come in.

I have been taking my Poodle to My Best Friend for years. Ann has always been professional and groomed my dog extremely well, never had a problem. I will continue to go there and have my dog groomed. I would recommend My Best Friend Pet Grooming to friends, family and co-workers.

I just started working at My Best friend pet grooming as a bather. The statement wrote on Craig's List and posted on Dex is a absolute lie. I was there that day. No animal was harmed in anyway. As a animal lover and owner of several dogs. Every animal that comes in for grooming is treated with respect and handled with care. Found this on craigslist.org under pets>>I dropped my dog off to be groomed on friday. When I dropped off, I told Ann that I would be back at a specific time to get my dog. She was rather upset, she wanted to call me when she was done. I told her no, I would be back in 5 hours, which should have been plenty of time for her to finish my dog. 5 hours later I pull up to the shop. As I was getting out of my car, I could hear a dog screaming, followed by Ann screaming obscenities. I opened the door to her shop as she was hitting my dog in the face with her clippers. I will repeat this. SHE WAS HITTING MY 7 POUND SHIH TZU IN THE FACE WITH HER CLIPPERS! I immediately went back to the grooming area and removed my dog from her table. I took my dog to the vet to get her checked out, she was screaming and crying the entire trip. Her left eye had a blown blood vessel, and xrays showed 2 bruised ribs, possibly 3 bruised ribs. The vet asked me where I had taken her, he wasn't surprised when I told him Ann at My Best Friend. I have had a couple of friends tell me they Had concerns about how their dogs were being treated while they were there. I feel so very guilty for putting my dog through that.Unless you want your dog to be beat, stay as far away from this place as you can! Anyone that beats animals is sick. She shouldn't be allowed to be a groomer.<<

I've been going to my best friends grooming parlor for awhile now and and she is very professional and my dog just loves to go there.She is a certified groomer and grooms my dog the way i want it groomed.Her location is great 2768 W.JEFFERSON[behind flowers with love] Her place is always clean and doesn't smell,it is very open and airy.She also does doggy daycare and has a safe place for them to go outside when they want.

I'VE been going to my best friend's to get my dog's groomed since 1992 she is the best i have found in the springfied area She is a one on one groomer and will groom your dog the way you want [,she is a certified groomer ] not someone who think's they know what their doing and won't shave down your dog unless that's what you ask her to do. She has moved to 2768 W. JEFFERSON BEHIND FLOWERS FOR LOVE ON VETEREN'S &amp;amp;amp;W. JEFFERSON. It is very clean and don;t smell like urine when you walk in to her place,it is open and airy. She is also doing daycare at her new place with very reasonable rates.

You will love the prices and the one on one groomers. They will do your pet as you wish unlike other places.



Just tell them what you want and you get it.



Ann and Lori are so nice and you can always see where you pet has been staying. Its nice to see the conditions your pet is staying while you are away.

Been there done those places and I dont like them. They are like an assembly line. At My Best Friend it is one on one customer service. Owner is a certified groomer. You get what you want and the prices are right. Vet recommended by several Vets. I recommend highly!!!! My Best Friend is available 7 days a week that makes it very convenient for pick ups and drop offs. Try it you will like it. Beautiful place to visit also.
