Very unsatisfied with their effort to serve Easter dinner. Menu offered ham (a traditional favorite) and turkey but neither was available at 12:30. MCL management should have ensured that food bar was kept well stocked. We were told it would be an hour before ham was available. After waiting in line for 40 minutes we didn't want to wait another hour. I asked about the turkey and got no answer. Out of frustration I ordered the rib steak or prime rib, whatever it was, and to pay more than I wanted. Their failure to provide sufficient items on a timely basis made the holiday dining less than pleasurable. At least they could have furnished the higher price replacement at the lower cost. There is no excuse for them not providing sufficient amounts of desirable items on a timely basis.
