With over 40 years of legal experience, our practice centers on client service. In the past, Bruce Locher has served as a prosecutor and public defender and has been in private practice since 1977. In a criminal case, we learn as much as possible about the circumstances surrounding the allegations. We will obtain and review police and crime lab reports, go to the crime scene, take photographs, and locate and interview witnesses. We acquire computer records and radio transmissions from law enforcement agencies. Client input is paramount because it is the client who is living through the situation and can relate individual perspectives. All information we obtain is shared with the client so that they are informed about developments in their case.
