Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services provides health care services for adults and children who qualify for Medicaid. It also provides child support enforcement services to help ensure that children receive financial support from both parents. The agency is organized into two divisions, medical programs and child support enforcement. Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services also administers the Office of Energy Assistance. In addition, it organizes a range of medical programs that includes All Kids, Health Benefits for Workers with Disabilities, FamilyCare, Maternal & Child Health, Supportive Living and Veterans Care.
