I went to blh today and they took care of my computer quick and cheap. I was afraid to even take it any where after the place in Chatman ripped me off. I would recommend taking your pic to them and to feel confident.I own a small business myself and would trust them to do all my work now.

Very happy with the service I get from these guys. They are always friendly, and they do not talk down to me. If I have a question or need help with something, I know these guys will either help me out or point me in the right direction.

Wonderful group of guys. They are so helpful when it comes to my computer problems. My laptop would not power on. They hooked up the laptop right then and there to see if it would be a quick fix. Sure enough the power adapter had died. They had a replacement for a great price. In and out in about 10 minutes with my computer working again. I am definetly going back the next time I have a problem.

I have been dealing with them for the past 5 years, and they are wonderful! I just recently had a computer crash and they told me the same thing they tell me everytime....$100 flat fee and anything extra is included in that price! Gotta love them!

Great warranty. I bought a computer from these guys over a year ago and have had to take it back into them for viruses. They stand behind their product and didn't charge me to fix the computer. Just like their warranty stated.

I've used this place 4 or 5 times and they've always come through for me. There sere sometimes they advised me not to spend money on repairs which was the right advice.

Very knowledgable. They knew exactly what my problem was. They were able to hook it up and fix my problem while I waited. They didn't even charge me. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful place. I was able to recycle alot of old electronics out of my garage. Freed up alot of space and I know my stuf will not be going into a landfill. Highly recommend.

Got what was promised, what more can you ask for

I figured I would be the first positive review. This company fixed my computer in only two days. I even got a ram upgrade that was included in the price to fix the computer. Also the estimate on my ticket was exactly what I paid. No hidden fees. Would go back in a heartbeat.

There appears to be a "bait and switch" tactic underway with this company, they estimate a flat fee of $105 for everyone requesting computer repairs, then call back and say how much higher the charges will be for repairs - since laptops are relatively inexpensive, the customer generally would just buy a new computer, but they still get the $40 diagnostic fee. The company would not provide info regarding the accuracy of their estimates historically - i believe this is a ripoff!

These people are rude and abusive toward their customers. They did not provide copies of the software or licenses and I later found out that the Windows on the computer I bought from them was illegally pirated software. Avoid dealing with this company, they are a bunch of scam artists!
