Our family has been very pleased with the quality work produced by Joann's Florist. The designers have ALWAYS been very kind and helpful. They have helped with arrangements for a large 80th Birthday, Balloons and flowers for a 50th Birthday and each were perfect! We are currently working with them for our son's rehearsal dinner. For each of these large occasions Joann's has listened to my needs and helped me to design a beautiful style while maintaining a tight budget. Plus, they are close to home and they have opened another location in Pooler.

My order was placed on the 11th of Feb for a 14th of Feb delivery to my girlfriends work address. My girlfriends work closed at 5:30 and the flowers were not delivered. They finally delivered my flowers after 9:00pm to my home address. The flowers were not even remotely close to what I ordered. Could not be more disappointed. This has been the most unprofessional flower delivery experience ever. What a joke! Complete incompetence.

I have attached 2 photos of an arrangement that was sent on my behalf to a funeral for a niece. The charge was $200. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. You judge for yourself! As for me I would tell my best friend to look elsewhere!!!!

Joann's has offered me incredible service time & time again. I love the way she and her staff conduct their business - and their flowers are simply spectacular. They definitely have a customer for life.
