Northwest Technical Institute, located in Springdale, Ariz., offers educational programs to serve the training and retraining needs of students who wish to enter a recognized occupation or improve their occupational skills and knowledge. The institute provides instruction to individuals who need to learn to speak, read and write the English language. This is done through the institute s adult education program that is funded by the state and federal governments for individuals who dropped out of public schools. The institute also offers the ammonia refrigeration program, automated industrial process technology, automotive service technology and architectural drafting technology programs.
