this company was adequate in providing the initial equipment prescribed. After that, I found they did not return my calls and several repeat calls and messages were needed to get any response.

I was so impressed with this company. I am 42 and recently had back surgery. I was discharged from the hospital at 2pm in the afternoon and this company was at my home within an hour to deliver my hospital bed, bedside commode and walker. The equipment was outstanding and the bed very comfortable. I then called to have them come pick up the bed a week later at 10:30am and within 2 hours they arrived to pick up the equipment. The employees were so kind and professional and I would recommend this company to anyone!! Top Quality and Customer Service!
