Founded in 1995, J.O. Kelly Middle School serves more than 800 students in grades six through eight. It is a member of the North Central Association, the Arkansas Leadership Academy and the National Middle School Association. The school s academic curriculum includes English, language arts, math, science and social studies. In addition, it conducts classes in band, choir, special education, speech therapy, computer applications, music, art, and health and physical education. The school also operates a guidance and counseling department. J.O. Kelly Middle School operates a library and media center that offers an accelerated reading program. Additionally, it conducts classes in English as a second language. J.O. Kelly Middle School is a part of Springdale Public Schools. The school is located in Springdale, Ariz.
