Don't even attempt to contact these people for doors. The woman who handles ordering and information not only has no information is also not interested in providing any. They act as though they are uninterested in selling doors. Maybe they should get in another business. We waited 6 weeks and had to call them 3 times and still no information. Seems a shame in the present economy. Look elsewhere there are lots of folks who want to help you. I can't imagine how horrible the service is after the sale if it's this way prior to the sale.
